Santa Clara Parents Nursery School (“SCPNS,” “we,” or “us”) has developed these Terms of Use (“Terms”) to govern your use of any website or online portal owned or operated by SCPNS (collectively, the “Websites”). These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes must be resolved exclusively in the state courts of Santa Clara County, California, or the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms—and any additional referenced legal terms—constitute the entire agreement between you and SCPNS regarding the Websites.

SCPNS may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are made, the updated Terms—with a revised effective date—will be posted on the Websites.
